PROVINCIAL AUTONOMY FOR THE NORTH-WEST TERRITORIES

Mr. BORDEN (Halifax). Before the Orders of the Day are called, I would like to move, with the consent of the right hon. Gentleman that the papers brought down relating to the granting of provincial autonomy on the North-west Territories be printed forthwith, and that rule 94 be suspended for that purpose.
