ABORIGINAL RIGHTS

MR. SPEAKER: The Honourable Attorney-General.

HON. R. PENNER: Mr. Speaker, by leave, I move, seconded by the Minister of Highways, that the subject matter of the resolution on aboriginal rights be referred to the Standing Committee on Privileges and Elections to receive representations and consider the matter and report at this Session.
