Not now needed since we are only talking of
federal rights.”

article of the draft…

“We could even keep in reserve the possibility
of adding here art. 10 of app. 2 (other languages)

“Last week he told me he would like to discuss
progress sometime in August; he said he had
been speaking to Ryan and had some ideas!
I hesistate to see him alone, unless somebody like
Chouinard had had time to explain what we are doing
to him. But I will see.”
