On the recommendation of the Hon. the Minister of Justice the Committee advice that the vacancy on the Bench of the Supreme Court of Canada caused by the resignation of Judge J. T. Taschereau be filled by the appointment of Judge Henri Elgin Taschereau, Judge of the Supreme Court of the District of Kamouraska.
