ALBERTA AND SASKATCHEWAN ROAD ALLOWANCES BILL.
SECOND AND THIRD READING.
Hon. Mr. TEMPLEMAN moved the second reading of Bill (195) intituled An Act
893
respecting Roads and Road Allowances in the Provinces of Saskatchewan and Alberta.
He said: This Bill provides for the transference of the roads and road allowances in the two new provinces to the Crown in the right of the provinces instead of the right of the Dominion.
The motion was agreed to, and the Bill was read a second time.
The Bill was then read a third time, and passed.
