Dear Mr. Robertson:
I am writing to you at this time with regard to the meeting between yourself and Premier Blakeney.
I have arranged for a meeting between you and Premier Blakeney for Thursday, August 7, 1975 at 11:00 A.M. The meeting will take place in Premier Blakeney’s office.
In our telephone conversation of Monday, July 7, I asked if it would be possible for you to write down the main, points that you would like to discuss with the Premier. I realize that this would not be an easy task, as the points that you will be discussing would be those matters raised by the other eight Premiers; however, it would be appreciated if at all possible.
As I understand from our telephone conversation you will be accompanied by Mr. Carter from your office.
I hope that your meeting with Premier Blakeney will be a useful one.
Yours sincerely,
Dickson H. Bailey,
Special Assistant
to the Premier.
