Professor Frank Scott,
McGill University,
MONTREAL, P . Q.

Dear Frank:

I find that several people have spoken to you as to the advisability of forwarding your opinions expressed not only to Mr. Harold Winch, with whom I had hoped to discuss the matter yesterday, but to the secretary of the British Columbia C.C.F., Mr. Ernest Robinson, 539 Pender Street West, Vancouver. I think perhaps it might be wise when forwarding your letter to Mr. Winch to intimate that, as this was of general interest to the Movement in British Columbia, you were forwarding a copy of your opinions to Mr. Robinson personally. This, I think, would avoid any difficulties that might arise in connection with the B. C. situation.

with kindest regards,

Yours sincerely,

(M. J. Coldwell)
