That in consequence of the original tender for the Printing of Parliament by the contractors having been for the period of ten years, although the period was subsequently reduced to five years without addition to the rates, and as the prices are very low, and the work has been very satisfactorily performed, it is resolved that the present contract be extended with Hunter, Rose & Lemieux, for five years from its termination, at the present rates, and that the Chairman be authorized to carry this Resolution into effect, as soon as the securities are approved by this Committee.
