This is to officially signify that the government of New Brunswick is in favour of reinstating section 34 dealing with aboriginal rights in the constitutional resolution with the addition of the word ‘existing’, if this is necessary to obtain agreement of all signatories to the November 5 agreement.

I would expect that there would also be an additional clause added to section 41(1) duplicating clause 55(1) © of the earlier text of the resolution.
